The “Previous Call Feature”
This feature allows our receptionists to see the previous calls taken under than caller ID. Even if your caller reaches us here more than once, this feature means the calls will be seamless and your caller will feel less like they have spoken to multiple people and more like one business. This allows us to be more helpful to your caller and keep them happy even when you are not able to answer the phone yourself.
