Route your calls to OmniCall from your office landline by dialing *72 then your forwarding number which is provided to you during set up. (The combination may differ depending on your provider)

You can also forward your cell phone! OmniCall would then replace your voicemail – How cool is that? Your current or potential clients would never reach a voicemail again, only a friendly OmniCall Receptionist.

 

Where does OmniCall connect your calls?

  • Part Time: Maybe you’ve got it covered during office hours but want to have a life outside of work? We totally get it. Forward to OmniCall as soon as you clock out for the day and we’ll make sure the important calls are connected to your cell, while we take a message and text it to you for the less important calls.

 

  • Rollover Calls: Let’s say you already have a Secretary. Great! What happens when they’re on lunch or busy dealing with a customer that just walked in?
