When we say “24/7” we mean it, even in the heart of a Category 4 Hurricane such as Hurricane Matthew. However, it’s not just hurricanes that we’re prepared for; during flooding, snowstorms, earthquakes, and more, we protect your calls via our Severe Weather Plan.
We recently relocated and conducted a massive renovation which included securing the building and expanding our technologies. We have a solid brick building built on an even more solid foundation – this puppy ain’t going anywhere. We’ve also added several fiber optic cables connected to several phone carriers so that if one is shut down from the weather, we have multiple back ups to keep us up and running. We have a back up generator on site so while the rest of town is in the dark, we’re still seamlessly handling your calls.
We have a team of remote receptionists who are able to jump on and take calls if they are unable to make it into office, however, we also have a Severe Weather Team with 4-wheel drive vehicles to bring in those unprepared to travel in the severe conditions. We even have on-site housing complete with showers and bedding in case our receptionists have to stay overnight.
Our 24/7 Weather Watch Team is always a step ahead of the storm. This gives us plenty of time to over-staff if needed to ensure we can take care of our clients and their callers.
